Welcome!
Welcome to St. Mary’s Boys’ National School, Haddington Road, Ballsbridge,
Dublin 4. St. Mary’s is a Catholic Primary School serving the local community and fostering the overall development of its pupils in a caring environment. We also welcome pupils of other cultures and religions.
St. Mary’s provides a child-centred education for boys from 1st to 6th class in line with the primary school curriculum laid down by the Department of Education and Skills. Most of our pupils begin their education in St. Brigid’s Primary School, which is adjacent to St. Mary’s. They spend two years there, during which time they complete their Infant Programme.
Committed to encouraging and supporting each boy to reach his full potential,
St. Mary’s fosters a love of education in a disciplined and safe atmosphere where the boys are enthusiastic and active in their approach to learning for life.
We are very proud of our “Green School” ethos and of our 5 Green Flags achieved to date for Recycling/Waste Management, Transport, Saving Electricity, Water Conservation and most recently, Climate Change and Biodiversity.
Information about St. Mary’s may be accessed through this website or by contacting the Principal, Mrs. Maeve Brew (see Contact Details).
